This may not be interesting, but I started my Masters last week and I am looking forward for the next year or two until I have completely finished University and I can focus on my career.
You may be thinking, don't you have to graduate with an undergrad before going to your masters? Yes. I finished my undergrad in June and I do not graduate until October, but I have been given the right to start my masters in trimester 2!
I only had two units so only two days of class. Which may seem like a small about of units to do. The reason behind this is because (1) new degree, not knowing what I am getting myself into, and (2) they didn't offer any other units and I will focus my efforts to completing the degree until next year.
On Monday, I had my first class! I was super excited and nervous. It turns out, I was the only person that decided to turn up which was really weird being the only person in the class for a sociology class as these classes need to have discussions especially on societal inequalities such as socioeconomic status, issues being resolved by feminism as well as racial disadvantages. With these issues, you need to have the ability to have open discussions. Because I was the only person to show up, class has been cancelled for the rest of the trimester but there will be online classes.

On Thursday, class was very weird as the teacher did not turn up with no notice. We waited in the class for forty minutes hoping she would have showed up, which she did. I have put a moodle post hoping that she will reply with why. Anyway, I got something to eat and studied from 11am to 5pm.

Not much has happened in the first week, though overtime it will become more hardcore and enjoyable. I am looking forward to the challenges it will hold! If some weeks I do not post, you'll know why!
Next Week, I will post another Sephora Haul. What do I test out? Just wait and see!
Happy Studying,
Emily x
