I don't really buy from Sephora but I saw the Anastasia Beverly Hills 'Modern Renaissance' palette in stock so I had to get it!!! If I enjoy this palette, I may even get the 'Soft Glam' palette as well! Here is what I got:

Anastasia Beverly Hills 'Modern Renaissance' Eye Shadow Palette - $75AUD

This palette is amazing on every level! The packaging is elegant and beautiful. It doesn't feel cheap which is amazing! The colours are easy to blend and create a look. The only comment I will make about the palette is the fallout on the palette. It is extra and other palettes I own do not create that much from a little tap in the pan, but it is worth it for the pigmentation and blending abilities.

For this look I used the palette. Over the lid and brow bone, I used 'Tempera'. As the transition colour, I used 'Raw Sienna'. To blend into that one, I used 'Red Ochre'. In the crease, I used 'Cyprus Umber'. On the lid, I used 'Primavera'. I really love this colour! Do not need water or spray to get the same pigmentation that is in the pan.

On the lower lash line, I used love letter and blended it out. In the inner corner I used 'Vermeer'.

Dr Jart+ Water Fuse Hydro Toner - $42AUD

This product keeps my skin hydrated throughout the day which is good and works in well with the Mario Badescu Oil-Free Moisturiser. I do recommend this as it does not overly hydrate my skin which is good with oily skin.

Fenty Beauty Mattemoiselle Plush Matte Lipstick in 'Spanked' - $28AUD

This colour is really nice! It is a bit of a burnt orange colour but it does hydrate and the shape of the applicator helps with defining the lip! It is nice, but I like more pink or brown lipsticks but this is still a wearable colour. I just don't know about the price as it is a small compact for $22AUD.

I was able to get one sample which was IT Cosmetics 'Your Skin But Better CC+ Cream' in Medium. This product is initially $61AUD for the full size product.

I also bought the Ole Henriksen Banana Bright Eye Cream with my Sephora points I had saved up. I am not too sure what it is meant to do but I decided to get it anyway. This product is $55AUD for the full size product.

The size of this sample it really good and travel safe as it comes in the similar style container as the picture but smaller. There is a good amount of product in it as I have been using it for about 4 days and there is so much! The skin under my eyes is very dry and it has reduced the dryness as well as the texture underneath. It doesn't take the colour out that much but my under eyes have been feeling so good!

On Friday, I will share my Thirsty Palette Review from Jeffree Star Cosmetics. It will sure quench your thirst!

Happy Shopping,

Emily x
