In order to get my box, I had to purchase something so I bought:
Bumble and Bumble Surf Creme Rinse Conditioner - $41AUD

I am trying to find a different conditioner that will hopefully help my curly hair! Hopefully to try this soon!
Bumble and Bumble Don't Blow It - $45AUD

I use this all the time! It helps with my hair drying. Though, this time I accidentally got one for thin hair not for thick hair. Hopefully it works the same.
I got the birthday box at level 2. However, I have recently been promoted to level 3 so the next box I do receive will be level three. Here is what I got:
I received the Mecca Cosmetica Sprays. They are both $38AUD each
I have never tried anything from their own brand, but I am curious to see how it compares to other sprays I own.
The theme of the May box is a Luminous Complexion which it not my thing, but I will still use the products. I received:
Kate Somerville 'Exfolikate Intensive Exfoliating Treatment' - $124AUD

I don't think I will ever purchase this because of the price range, but I do hope it works wonders! I did like the Eye Cream tested in February's Beauty Box so I am hoping for good things!
Drunk Elephant 'T.L.C Framboos Glycolic Night Serum'
Hourglass Vaish Flash Highlighting Stick' in 'Champagne Flash' - $196AUD

I do not think I will purchase this again, unless it will give me a new face over night! I have not tried any Drunk Elephant products but I am looking forward to it as it has been hyped up in the make up community.
The product is every nice to use, though I feel the price is not justified, but I really enjoyed putting this on my face of the night. When I woke up, my face didn't feel greasy and oily which is really good! Loved the product but I will not shop for this for the full price.
Hourglass 'Vanish Flash Highlighting Stick' in 'Champagne Flash' - $61AUD

For this price, it better be good! It has a nice natural shine for my skin tone. I really enjoy it and for the box being free, there is a good amount of product! The swatch is a light one but it is creamy and glowy!

Urban Decay 'Hi Fi Gloss' in 'Naked' - $34AUD

Ugh.. I actually do not like this! I like the other make up from Urban Decay, but this is the worst. I cannot see any pigment and when I apply it, it has a minty feel like after you brush your teeth. It is sticky though it is comfortable. I would say it is not worth it. I would say Kylie Cosmetics has better glosses they are not even that good.

I also bought some products to get the Level Three box and this is what I got:
Living Proof 'No Frizz' Shampoo - $38AUD

As I said before, I am looking to change my hair routine so I am trying Living Proof for the first time. I am hoping it will reduce frizz. It does dry out the hair however. Though I do like how it feels after conditioner! The smell is not good either.
MAC Cosmetics 'Pink Plaid' Matte Lipstick - $36AUD

This pretty much feels like any MAC lipstick. It feels nice. This is not my favourite colour as it does look better online as it is very pink. I still like the pinky looks at times.

Urban Decay 'Vice Lipstick' in 'Hitch Hike' - $30AUD

This feels so nice and soft on the lips. I would not call it matte though it is a nice colour. I do enjoy the formula and feels very good!
Drunk Elephant 'Hit it Off' Duo - $29AUD

I have seen that Drunk Elephant does these cheap combos with minis. I am actually looking forward to trying these. Though I am going to try them when I go travelling as it is travel size and it will be good as there are different climates in the places I go to. The packaging includes the 'Beste No. 9 Jelly Cleanser' and 'Lala Retro Whipped Creme Fouettee'. The Cleanser is $49AUD and is 150mL and the sample size is 30mL. However, the Fouettee is $88AUD for 50mL whereas the sample is 15mL.
Cleanser: This was really nice and cleaned the face. It may not be strong enough for harsh make up, but it is effective in cleaning.
Moisturiser: Love this! Did not make my face oily through the day and loves the comparative in my skin before and after the Drunk Elephant routine, and this was apart of it. I would recommend Drunk Elephant for anyone!
Samples from both orders include:
Clinique Pep-Start HydroBlur Moisturiser - $42AUD

Origins Clear Improvement Mask - $32AUD

I just used this and it is quite drying. I would use this either after a shower or before going to bed as you will need to put moisturiser on after as it is sooo drying! I wouldn't recommend for those with already dry skin.
Stila Colour Balm Lipstick Card - $31AUD
Kevyn Aucoin 'Celectial' in 'Candlelight' - $75AUD

Dermalogica 'Daily Microfoliant' - $84AUD

I will be gradually be testing these products and will update you on these through my Facebook and Twitter pages.
Next Week, I will show my Tarte Haul from the beginning of the year so stay tuned for that!
Happy Shopping,
Emily x
