KKW Fragrances Review

Okay, I would never really buy into Kim Kardashian but these perfumes were so cute and the packaging was so cute so I needed to try them to see they were worth the hype. I would recommend not getting these unless you have saved up a lot of money as shipping was about $46USD to ship to Australia. This will be the first and last purchase I will do from KKW Fragrance and Beauty.

For $40USD for shipping, it is beyond shit! I ordered on the 4th of February. I can understand that there would have been a massive amount of orders with the Kimoji Fragrances, but it took 10 days to get the shipping info (14th of February). I decided to check the shipping because I thought it would be close by now, and on the shipping details, it has only received the tracking details and has not left the shipping warehouse 5 days after getting the shipping details. I will personally not buy from her website again unless shipping improves because it is horrible. I hope I have received these before March.

Update: It is now the 27th of February and guess what hasn't arrived, my order. I just checked the website for tracking and still, nothing! It still has not been picked up by the delivery company! Oh My God! If you are in another country, DO NOT BUY FROM KKW ANYTHING! Paying $40USD on shipping (so like $60AUD) and not having it in transport or anything is rediculous! I did actually buy from her company's website and this is literally crazy! At least Kylie Cosmetics was not this bad when it came to big shipments! At this point in time, it just seems like Kim Kardashian is just greedy and not caring about the people that are supporting her.

By looking at comments on IG on the 11th of March, the majority of US customers have their product, it is just those overseas who did not get their product. I am in the process of emailing KKW customer service, but I have heard many pad things about the customer service, but I would like my purchase. It has been over a month since purchasing and nearly a month since getting the shipping email. I will update you at the end to see how customer service really is like.

My experience with customer service:

Not as bad as I thought. It did take days to get back to me which I wasn't really fussed as I can be quite patient at times. They are sending me only one of the products as they had sold out of 'Ride or Die' which is strange as they had sold out on all of them? Anyway my parcel still says its at the shipping centre from my first order and have not received any new information. If they do not arrive by the 15th of April, I will be asking for a refund.

I only bought two as one of them was sold out at the time of purchasing the products. I bought the 'Ride or Die' and 'Bae' fragrances. Also I bought two to make the $40USD shipping price more reasonable.

Ride or Die

This one is described to be 'tempting sweet' and 'delightfully complex'. These smells are very complex as there is a top, heart and base of the perfume. The top has Mandarin de Vert, Blackberry and Purple Plum. The heart has Gardenia Blossom, Night Blooming Jasmine and Raspberry Nectar. The base is Vanilla Creme, Caramel Swirls and Tonka Bean.

Bae

This fragrance is a 'decadent scent' which is also composed of a top, heart and base. The top has Bergamot, Mandarin Orpur and Kiwi Flower. The heart has Jasmine Sambac, Gardenia Blossom and Coconut Water. The base has Whipped Vanilla, White Sandalwood and Musk.

Next Week, I will be sharing my experience going to Brisbane and going to my first Live Stadium concert! Looking forward to it!
