Another day, another haul!
In the last week of November, Black Friday approached the web with all the goods cut down in price and I will go though each of the products I bought over that weekend. I apologise for the lateness of this post as only last week I had received everything I bought and wanted to give an honest review of everything that I bought rather than missing things out.
SEPHORA
This took 3 business days to turn up to my location which is average for parcels travelling within Australia. As I have noted with the liquid lipstick, there was an issue with what I ordered. It turns out, other people have had this issue with Sephora, specifically over Black Friday weekend.
Kat Von D Studded Lipstick 'Coven' - $22AUD - Originally $31AUD

This colour online looked more grey which I was happy with. However, when I received it, it was more of a bright purple like Jeffree Star Cosmetics blow pony. I love the formula is amazing and does not dry out the lips, but it is not long lasting like her matte liquid lipsticks.
Kat Von D Liquid Lipstick 'Sanctury' - $30AUD

I had purchased this item on early friday morning of the Black Friday sale at Sephora. However, late Monday, I received an email that says that the item was out of stock and they are refunding me the money which is good. But they should of addressed the issue before sending me the shipment email or stating the product sold out on the website. So, I will not be reviewing this product.
ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS
The parcel only took a week to be received in Australia from the USA which is prompt and good for that time period. However, the parcel arrived with a noticeable gap which can let people look inside. As Anastasia Beverly Hills is an expensive brand, it is annoying that this is an issue, but the whole package turned up.
Aurora Glow Kit - $24USD - Originally $40USD

This palette is everything! I thought I ordered 'Moonchild' but I bought the 'Aurora' glow kit and I think it looks better! The colours are pigmented and glittery. They apply very nicely on the face. I would have most probably would not have bought this otherwise as it ads up to $72AUD which is too much for me. Swatches will be on my Instagram @everythingemily_blog
Lipstick Bundle - $34USD

The colour selection of the lip set is very good! From green to the perfect Christmas red. They are long lasting. However, the formula is thick but it does not feel heavy on the lips. The applicator is different as it looks more of a concealer applicator as it is flat which makes it hard to place the product on the lips correctly.

Here are the lip colours:
Requiem - Dark green with small glitters and a blue undertone.

Stripped - peachy apricot lipstick. My least favourite out of the set.

Currant - a dark red with more plum and brown undertones.

Toast - Dark nude brown.

GAMISS
I was not able to open the tracking as I had to log in to see it, which I did not sign up for when I ordered the dresses, so it will be a surprise present. With the products, they are produced in China and you are going to purchase from the site, please use the measuring chart to get the right size.
A Line Elephant Print Dress - $6.28GBP - Originally $15.36GBP

This dress is pretty good quality. I was confused by the back as it was completely white but the sizing was pretty a little big around the top. The pattern is good and the dress is good for going out in Summer as it very short compared to the other dresses I got, so be careful when bending over!
Hidden Zip Lace Back - $5.33GBP - Originally $25.70GBP

When I bought the dress, I assumed it was going to be more of a maroon colour not as bright red. The dress is made with a thin material and wearing a petticoat suits this very much. I am wearing one in the picture. It is a little big around the top, and I did use the measuring chart, but I would be worried if I got a smaller size it would not fit them properly.
Sleeveless Floral Vintage Fit and Flare Dress - $9.65GBP - Originally $22.06GBP

This has to be one of my favourites from this order as it is made from a good quality which is thick. This dress seems more of a summer dress, but the thickness of the dress confuses me. I am wearing a petticoat underneath this dress, but I prefer without the petticoat as the thickness of the dress doesn't fall nicely into the creases of the petticoat. It fits really well, however, there is a gap between my back and the dress which isn't too bad.
Roses Print Flare High Waist Sun Dress - $13.53GBP - Originally $30.63GBG

This dress is giving me mixed feelings. The dress has a weird cheap silk material which you can tell by the smell and feel of it. However, the dress is comfy and could be easily worn for the office for those in office jobs. The dress comes with a belt which is very cheaply made and cheap looking. I am not wearing it in this photo. I am also wearing a petticoat in this picture, which does not suit the dress.
URBAN OUTFITTERS
Instax Mini Camera Case - $24USD
This case is amazing! The feel and the design are everything! It makes me want to go adventuring everywhere. The best thing about this case is that the cover for the lens and where the photos come out of can easily come off so the case is practical for taking pictures anytime of the day!
Rose Sport Socks - $4USD - Originally $8USD

These socks are amazing (Anyone got the reference?). The detailing on the socks are perfect. I kind of regret wearing them in summer are they really heat up my feet as I think they are more designed for winter. Also, I think I am wearing them the wrong way in the photo.. oh well.. They still look pretty good though. The image does get deformed on the leg, but they still look awesome.
X-Ray Skeleton Super Soft Crew Sock - $2.50USD - Originally $14USD

Oddly enough, I think these ones are more amazing however, I do not like the layout of the sock. They do not have the stitching on the sock for where the ball of your foot is meant to be and for me that makes them uncomfortable to wear. But the image on the socks are pretty cool though.
Saha Strappy Seamless Triangle Bra - $9.99USD - Originally $20USD

Sadly, I will not be putting a photo of me wearing this on here, just because I am uncomfortable about putting images like that up. However, you just have to imagine what I think about it. It is actually really comfortable however, the strings can be a bit uncomfortable, but it is a nice bralette for my first one. I got a baby blue one, not black. I would recommend anyone this who wants a bralette, but moreso for those with smaller boobs.
SOCIETY6
I had one issue with the tracking email as it did not tell me where the parcel is, rather it just says 'en route' which did not allow me to understand where the parcel is.
Stickers - $2.36USD each - Originally $3.99USD each

Ignore the Threadbanger stickers as I did not take a photo of the stickers I received after placing them on my diary. I received the super heros, say no to sports, deathly hallows and let's summon demons stickers on the Black Friday sales. These look awesome on my diary as the sticker is clear and looks natural on the diary and they look very good. I would highly recommend stickers from society6 as they look beautiful on anything you place them on, even on laptops as I had placed the deatheater's mark from Harry potter on my old laptop.
Laptop Sleeve - $29.99USD - Originally $39.99USD

I was slightly disappointed in this... I love the design and the quality of the case but, it does not fit my laptop. I got 15" hoping that it would fit 15" laptop but it doesn't. Because I love it so much, I'm going to be using if for something else like my tablet and phone while travelling. Not too sure. If I figure it out, I'll update you guys here.
Wall Tapestry - $26.39USD - Originally $43.99USD

This looks absolutely amazing! I really love the look and asethetic of this with the Hogwarts character and the starry night in the background. Sadly they no longer sell this on the site, but they have other starry nights with Harry Potter on a broomstick, as well as a Star Wars version. I do have to say it feels cheap but this is the first wall tapestry that I have ever bought so I am not too sure what the fabric is meant to feel like.
Next Week, I'll be giving a Beginner's Proof review of Loving Tan! Stay tuned for that next week!
Happy Shopping,
Emily x
