I am a huge fan of Jeffree Star Cosmetics especially for their liquid lipsticks. Because they are not fast drying, they are easy - for people like me - to try and ombre lipsticks! Here are a collection of my fave.

Disclaimer - sorry for bad quality pictures, they are cropped to cover the majority of my face and taken on an Android phone. Also, I am not a make up artist and I am doing this for the love of make up and still learning.

DESIGNER BLOOD X QUEEN BEE

This combination of colour surprised me the most. My goal was to make it look like a sunset. I placed Designer Blood on lines of my lips and placed Queen Bee where there was no colour and blended them together to create a sunset lip.

I'M SHOOK X 714

These two colours are different but they do complement each other. 714 lip lightens I'm Shook for a light and beautiful lip colour. I placed I'm Shook all over my lips and gradually put 714 in the middle. It was blended by pressing my lips together.

CROCODILE TEARS X NUDE BEACH

This combo has to be one of my favourites so far as the Nude Beach lightened the green and the more I put on, the more it turned it more grey which looks absolutely stunning! I put Crocodile Tears all over my lips and placed Nude Beach on the middle lightly and put on more as I pleased.

RICH BLOOD X CHECKMATE

This combo does not show to have that much different, but it is lighter in the middle giving the lip more definition. This one is good for a basic glam look. To achieve this look, I placed rich blood all over my lips then putting Checkmate in the middle, but not too much. Then I rubbed my lips together to blend the colour together.

ABUSED X VIRGINITY

This combo I didn't expect to turn out that good, especially with Abused being a dark blue and virginity being a light purple which does not complement my skin tone. What I did was placed Abused on my lips completely and using a lip brush I put Virginity in the centre of the lips and combining the colour by pressing my lips together. This produced a nice purple and blue outline.

This is a clear example as to how creative you can be with make up. There are so many ways to mix lipstick together and produce your own unique colour . You can do anything you want to do with make up. I am not the best with make up, but I started this blog to help me learn more about the art. Always keep trying.
